I cast no shadow

been busy these few weeks, busy with work & with Eid..

met The Chosen One.. he tells me stuff out of this world..

after the serious conversation, i asked him "so what's your purpose here Master?"

he told me "its none of your business son.. you don't have to know who I really am... all you need to do is to purify your Self, & know your Self.. & know your Lord. Your limited mind cannot comprehend me.. for I cast no shadow"

nafas, tanafas, anfas, nufus

i read a book, the teachings of Sunan Kalijaga, Muslim saint of Indonesia ages ago..

& he teaches the secrets of breath.. & their different levels..

nafas, tanafas, anfas, nufus..

Sunan Kalijaga also compose a very powerful mantra which somewhat sounds like this (i translated them into english) :-

Adam is my heart
Jesus Christ is my Breathe
Jacob is my ears
David is my voice
Abraham is my life
Solomon is my power
Noah is my lungs
Jonah is my muscles
Muhammad is my eyes....


Note: this is just an extract of the whole mantra.. i exclude the rest..
